I created this portal out of a genuine need of my heart to help people build happiness in their professional life, so important for our wellbeing.

We live in a time when each year brings as many innovations and breakthroughs as 25 years in the previous century, also the world around is unstable. We've never seen so many changes before. So we cannot manage companies using the old methods.

I believe that leadership based on the heart, care for others, openness, cooperation and optimism will bring success.
